Classes

Our classes are designed to teach the art of boxing while putting an emphasis on fitness. Our trainers are well-equipped to provide you with a solid foundation. Our one-hour boot-camp style class will throw everything at you — from burpees to jump squats — all while incorporating boxing drills.
