GARY NAEGEL

Coach Gary, a Tampa native has 25 plus years of boxing experience both as a former amateur state champion and boxing coach. He has developed and implemented personalized training programs designed for amateur and professional boxers, resulting in multiple championship victories. Gary continues to place emphasis on teaching the fundamental aspects of the sweet science.

Conditioning coach for NABO Champion Sammy Valentin #6 ranked in the world.
NASM CPT
NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist
NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist
Penalty Box Certified

I could not recommend this place enough! The positive, uplifting atmosphere combined with some killer workouts have immediately become part of my daily routine. I just can’t get enough! The coaches here are absolutely wonderful, and as a beginner myself I feel so incredibly supported knowing that all the coaches and trainers are looking out for me, and helping me improve my technique and physical health. If you’re shy or intimated, and a little bit nervous to get back into the fitness world, I one hundred percent recommend going! My kids started training here with coach Hugh, and what an amazing guy and in my opinion best investment we’ve made. In a short time they have learn so much. Coach Hugh is a an awesome coach and knows exactly how to train and motivate kids to show up every day!
