DANNY PACHECO
Boxing has been an outlet for me since I was 16 years old. It has, in many ways, changed my life and at times it feels like boxing saved my life. Anxiety and depression was something I struggled with from an early age. I don’t know where I would be without the sport. It changed me physically and mentally and the day I opened Lights Out, it changed me spiritually. Sharing my knowledge and helping others cross the same bridge I once dreaded, has become my purpose. I love what I do and the community we have built. Boxing isn’t for everyone, but fitness is. I encourage you to find something that you can look forward to every day and don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way. Give yourself one hour a day, you deserve it and I promise that it will change your life.
P.S. Special thank you to my family who has supported me and at times paid the price of my absence. To my partner in crime, Luisa, you have my heart and I could not do what I do without you.
