Classes

Our classes are designed to teach the art of boxing while putting an emphasis on fitness. Our trainers are well-equipped to provide you with a solid foundation. Our one-hour boot-camp style class will throw everything at you — from burpees to jump squats — all while incorporating boxing drills.

Come in for the workout of your life! A high energy workout that will leave you wanting more. Lights Out Boxing takes HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to the next level. We incorporate resistance training, strength and conditioning and, let’s not forget, BOXING! We work off of a three-minute bell with a 30-second warning. The last 30 seconds of every round makes the difference: that last push is where you’ll feel like quitting, but you won’t. We won’t let you, your teammates won’t let you. BOXING WORKOUTS FOR A KNOCKOUT PHYSIQUE

Jab, cross and hook your way to a stronger body with this boxing-inspired workout that combines punches and defensive techniques with strength and power-building bodyweight exercises to torch calories and challenge your entire body in one fun and time-efficient workout session. Lights Out was created to shake up the stale norms of the group fitness world, and we remain committed to less cheesy fitness B.S. and more authenticity. Let’s be real. Let’s be powerful.
